"We are where we are today because we have chosen to be here." However, we do not have to continue to define ourselves by these old thoughts. So many people, feel stuck or confined, but that's only how you feel today- and it can be changed.
We can change our thinking today by using two powerful processes: gratitude and visualization.
Attitude of Gratitude
Gratitude, or appreciation, something that is fresh in our minds from Thanksgiving just last week, pulls in more of the things we are grateful for. Being truly thankful absolutely attracts support and more of those things in our lives.
Instead of looking around being discontent and wishing you had a different house, made more money, drove a different car, or had a different spouse - think about all these things from a point of view of gratitude.
Make a list of all the things you are appreciative of, that you are so grateful for, and go over it first thing in the morning when you wake up. Grab a rock to hold in your pocket and throughout the day when you feel it, think about what you are thankful for. Make this a daily habit, not a dry ritual, but one of truly feeling so thankful from your heart for all the amazing things you do have. You will see that this will attract more of those good things.
What You Visualize Will Materialize
Astronauts do it, Olympic athletes do it, and you can do it too. Think about the things you want to accomplish, drive, do. Close your eyes, visualize, feel the feelings. Run through it in your mind, always focusing on the final outcome. Your mind can't distinguish whether you are really doing it or just practicing.
If you have gone there in the mind, you can go there in the body.
Putting yourself in the feeling of it and visualizing it today will help align your asking to prepare you to recieve, If you imagine it in the future- it will always be there. Visualize and feel the things you want today.
Set goals for yourself so big that when you achieve them it will blow your mind, because you will see the power of the Law of Attraction at work. Change your thinking today.
"Whatever the mind of man can concieve, it can achieve."
